As a Property and Casualty Insurance agent you will help to build this business through establishing new, long-term relationships, nurturing those loyal customers who have been with us for decades, and helping us to set ourselves apart from our competitors by understanding the changing needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the business through referral and lead generation, and employing creative sales strategies.
  • Be a product and service expert with regard to multiple carriers and lines of business.
  • Consultant style sales which require understanding customers unique needs and offering personalized insurance products.
  • Educate customers on the various features and benefits of their individualized policy options.
  • Service clients through new quotes, billing issues, claims, and life events.
  • Innovate with our team to seek out new, more efficient, effective, and profitable ways of servicing our customers.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Valid driver's license
  • A positive, friendly, and coachable attitude that fosters continuous professional growth and teamwork
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self-managed, innovative and goal-oriented
  • Computer and technical proficiency
  • 3+ years of customer service, sales, and/or insurance experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS 360) a plus.
